Appropriate clothing and attire for indoors and outdoors:
Early Childhood Camps will be held outdoors. Grades camps will be held outdoors and indoors. Please dress for all weather. Indoor time will vary based on the temperature and weather on the morning of class. The time spent indoors and outdoors will be up to the class teacher's discretion. The teacher will hold the class indoors in inclement weather with thunderstorms or extreme temperatures.
Enrollment:
Admission is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Full payment is due with registration. Camps are not interchangeable. Following purchase, you will be sent an email with a link to fill out the Enrollment Form so that we have all the camper’s information. Your child will not be able to attend if this is not completed. There are no refunds given for not filling out the form.
If the minimum number of campers to hold the session is not met we will notify the parent/guardian by May 30, 2026.
Make-up Policy:
There are no make-up sessions offered.
Refund Policy:
If a cancellation is made before May 22, 2026 a 50% refund will be issued for each camp session cancelled. If a cancellation is made after May 22, 2026, no refunds will be issued. There are no refunds given if Enrollment Form is not completed.
